Who we are
The 8a Financial platform is operated by 8a Tech & Media Consulting DMCC, license DMCC-918133, registered in the DMCC Free Zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. 8a Financial is a brand of 8a Tech & Media Consulting DMCC.
Scope of services
We provide organization, reporting, education and coordination services for creators, high earners and agencies. We are not a bank, broker, custodian or licensed asset manager and do not guarantee any financial outcome.
Eligibility & application
Use of the platform is by application and approval. We may decline or terminate access at our discretion, including for compliance, AML, sanctions or risk reasons.
Client obligations
You agree to provide accurate and complete information, keep your credentials confidential, use the platform lawfully, and not attempt to access data or accounts that are not yours.
Fees
Fees, payment terms and currencies are set out in your engagement letter or order form. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable once services have been performed.
Investment categories
Investment-related content is educational. Where regulated services are involved, they are delivered by licensed third-party partners under their own terms. We do not provide personalized investment, tax or legal advice.
Intellectual property
All platform content, branding, templates and reports remain the property of 8a Tech & Media Consulting DMCC. You receive a limited, non-transferable right to use them for your own internal purposes.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability under these terms is limited to the fees paid to us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement in accordance with the engagement letter. We may suspend access immediately where required to protect the platform, comply with law, or address a serious breach.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applicable in the DMCC Free Zone, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
